A hands-on approach

Born in Jersey, Craig has always had a strong interest in property and the built environment. Prior to establishing Castle Gate Property Management, he gained extensive property management experience working for a local estate agent, a private property portfolio and Jersey’s largest social housing landlord and developer. He continued to broaden his commercial experience through a professional quantity-surveying role, while gaining first-hand insight into the practical responsibilities and challenges of managing his own rental property.

These experiences inspired Craig to create a more personal, responsive and dependable approach to property management. Castle Gate allows him to combine his passion for property with his industry experience, commercial understanding and local knowledge, providing Jersey landlords with reliable support, genuine peace of mind and a more straightforward, less stressful ownership experience.
